The position is based at Pearl House in Gladstone, OR, with work across 3 other residential sites in the tri-county area, on a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical interventions, coordination of care, supportive counseling, completing Behavioral Health Assessments, Treatment Plans, Behavioral Support Plans, Safety Plans, and offering individual/group therapy in living skills, self-care, community resources, recovery, wellness, and life skills.
