Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree (non-licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified/credentialed to provide services within scope of practice
  • Hold one of the following credentials from the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB): Qualified Addiction Professional (e.g., CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CDPD-D) or Qualified Mental Health Professional
  • Willing to become credentialed in additional states beyond current licensure
  • Willing and comfortable providing telehealth services
  • Successful completion of background check (criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, fingerprint)
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation
  • Completion of all training requirements, including Relias

Responsibilities

  • Complete intake/screening/assessment process within time frames designated by state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards
  • Develop treatment plans for clients in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body guidelines, demonstrating individualization and evolution based on assessment information
  • Complete correspondence in a timely fashion
  • Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases
  • Adhere to weekly Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) expectations/service provision model
  • Document all services provided in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards
  • Ensure services are entered within appropriate time frame, format, and reference treatment plans
  • Correct any file/charting deficiencies within appropriate time frame
  • Assist clients through the transition process and complete final correspondence (e.g., transition summary, plan, letter)
  • Other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Vice President, or Executive Team members
