Requirements

  • 2+ years of finance related experience (factory finance and costing related experience preferred)
  • Practical experience in costing, financial planning, reporting and control
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
  • Ability to work with high self-motivation, be sensitive to numbers and the capacity to work in a changeable and stressful environment
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills and good communication skills
  • Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive and on time deliver US month-end closing in inventory and cost functions
  • Prepare inventory and costing related entries, complete full list of journal entries in time and save supporting doc. appropriately
  • Prepare and on time deliver balance sheet reconciliation on inventory accounts in compliance with DHR requirements
  • Apply SOX for inventory and costing function, documentation saved appropriately ensure SOX compliance
  • Analysis on monthly cost variances such as PPV, E&O, work order variance, and absorption/labor efficiency for US and AUT
  • Monthly fcst on working capital- inventory balance, production hours, cost element in OCOGS. (AUT)
  • Cycle count and cell count management, support counting data preparation, verify counting result
  • Prepare cycle count report on weekly/monthly basis
  • Partner with US OPS&AWS team member on counting to meet cooperate requirement
  • Other tasks assigned
