Requirements

4-year degree in Accounting or a related business from a recognized university
4-7+ years of cost accounting experience
Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required
Seeking CPA or CMA a plus
Exceptional Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle, Acumatica, etc
Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced environment
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Excellent variance analysis and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Critical contributor to day-to-day accounting processes and procedures for Crusoe’s Tulsa manufacturing entities
Participate in month-end close
Review plant expenses, accurate inventory costing, review of manufacturing order reports for costing, and investigate variances
Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports of WIP
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
Assisting in developing and documenting key processes, developing standard operational procedures, and identifying key internal controls
Assisting with monitoring cycle count program, year-end physical inventory, and reporting results
Reconciling raw material and finished goods inventories
Partnering with production, engineering, and supply chain teams at all branches to understand operational processes and their impact on costs
Assist with periodic audit requests
