Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality, administration, or workplace management experience specialising in customer-centric interactions, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors
  • Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail
  • Results-oriented demonstrating the ability to follow direction while proactively seeking guidance and support when needed to ensure tasks are completed effectively
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change or compete
  • Experience in supporting corporate property projects, particularly in tenancy commissioning, relocations, and project administration
  • Proficient in corporate technologies and applications, with a strong focus on audio-visual systems and enhancing end-user experiences; solid expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Australian residency (for national police checks)
  • Ideally experience within the administrational, property, or hospitality sector

Responsibilities

  • Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our brand and culture
  • Uphold operational excellence for client and visitor experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all reception and workplace touch points
  • Effortlessly and accurately administer the client area, reception, and general workplace tasks, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas
  • Maintain a physical presence in the workplace through regular physical activity, as you thrive in an active, hands-on work environment
  • Drive the Corporate Services mission to success through discipline, focus, and professionalism, contributing to the realisation of our client’s vision independently
  • Support local business groups, championing their workplace objectives and ensuring our Client’s service points are delivered efficiently
