Responsibilities

Collaborate with the real estate team on Thermo Fisher property projects
Receive mentorship from Real Estate Administration Manager, Real Estate & Construction Director, Senior Director of Global Real Estate, VP of Real Estate & Security, and other functional personnel
Gain exposure to real estate project management and become familiar with various technology platforms used by the group
Participate in quarterly reviews with divisional leadership teams and corporate functions such as IT, Security, Risk Management, and other adjacent groups
Help review CRE’s reporting tools, including the quarterly real estate report; evaluate and recommend ways to enhance reports for better data analytics and benchmarking
Participate in developing KPIs and other methods to manage, evaluate, and improve third-party vendors such as facilities service providers, brokerage, and project managers
Support ongoing initiatives to update the company’s corporate real estate playbook by gathering data, validating and proofing guidelines, and reviewing standards and processes
Perform specific tasks tailored to experience level and abilities
Accept candid feedback and seek areas for continuous improvement and productivity
Contribute to and improve corporate real estate processes
Teach team members about technology, trends, and areas of expertise to enhance real estate solutions
