Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of NDAs through clearance, legal review, approval, and execution
  • Under attorney supervision, review, revise and negotiate NDAs and related contracts
  • Act as a point of contact for business teams, providing guidance, training and responding to inquiries
  • Maintain and promote the use of approved templates and forms, reducing reliance on third-party paper and associated costs
  • Oversee the recordkeeping and reporting of activity to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility
  • Serve as a liaison with outside counsel, coordinating workflow and ensuring processes align with business needs
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce administrative burden on business teams and enhance efficiency
