Responsibilities

  • Manage all country specific tax actions that must be completed in country for legal or compliance reasons and provide coordination/support within the immigration function
  • Complete local legal requirements related to tax support, including documentation, signatures, and adherence to local government tool usage and Certificate of Coverage (COC) processes
  • Ensure all in-country tax actions are completed to meet legal and compliance standards
  • Provide comprehensive support within the tax function to facilitate international assignments
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to manage responsibilities across markets/MUs and designated locations
  • Work with stakeholders in multiple countries to manage in-market and destination-specific requirements effectively
  • Support process alignment and consistency across regions while addressing unique local needs
