  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with fintech products and services, particularly in areas such as data protection and cybersecurity
  • Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and risk teams to advise on regulatory matters, market expansion, and new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
