Responsibilities

  • Optimize Service Continuity: ensure service level and uptime for infrastructure components, including upgrades for corporate applications (SAP, Sailpoint); optimize VM and Cloud resource usage to requirements, enabling Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), and ensuring proper backups
  • Enable a Simple and Self-Service Experience: empower users by implementing simple, documented, and self-service workflows to use their desktops, allowing them to fulfill their mission in the organization; use device management tools such as JAMF and Intune, administer and support key productivity platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack
  • Automate Workflows and Integrations: use administrative and systems automation tools, such as PowerShell, Azure Automation to integrate applications and automated workflows
  • Incident Response: Serve as a top contributor in resolving issues and incidents, quickly mitigating high-impact events
  • Strategic Alignment: drive simplification and standardization, aligned with company and group policies on security and compliance
