Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship (January 2026 - August 2026)
Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program
Takes initiative and has a process improvement mindset (Tech Savvy)
Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Adaptable to change, easily pivots
Enjoys working in a highly collaborative teamwork environment
Possess an analytical mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Junior or Senior preferred; Major or previous coursework in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related field
Responsibilities
Assist with gathering and analyzing data, performing computations, and preparing work papers for tax returns, provisions, forecasts and projects
Assisting with the preparation of federal, state and/or Canadian corporate income tax estimates, extensions and returns for a diverse group of businesses conducting multi-national operations
Collaborating with tax, business and accounting partners to obtain data necessary for tax calculations and reporting
Identifying tax process enhancements and automation opportunities
Acting as an embedded team member within Disney’s Corporate Tax Center of Excellence (COE)
Drafting user manuals for the department to outline Standard Operating Guidelines
