Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
  • Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship (January 2026 - August 2026)
  • Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program
  • Takes initiative and has a process improvement mindset (Tech Savvy)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
  • Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable to change, easily pivots
  • Enjoys working in a highly collaborative teamwork environment
  • Possess an analytical mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Junior or Senior preferred; Major or previous coursework in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist with gathering and analyzing data, performing computations, and preparing work papers for tax returns, provisions, forecasts and projects
  • Assisting with the preparation of federal, state and/or Canadian corporate income tax estimates, extensions and returns for a diverse group of businesses conducting multi-national operations
  • Collaborating with tax, business and accounting partners to obtain data necessary for tax calculations and reporting
  • Identifying tax process enhancements and automation opportunities
  • Acting as an embedded team member within Disney’s Corporate Tax Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Drafting user manuals for the department to outline Standard Operating Guidelines
