Responsibilities

Assist with efforts to design and implement ESG processes and frameworks from the ground up
Collaborate across departments to build awareness, train stakeholders on audit processes, and define ESG workflows
Review for accuracy the report out of ESG initiatives and goals for various branches, including quarterly and annual reports
Stay ahead of ESG regulations and ensure compliance across Arrow’s Global operations
Conduct internal audits, leveraging data analytics tools to provide meaningful insights
Participate in company-wide initiatives
