Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Affairs team
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including drafting, editing, and formatting content
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and engagements
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists related to stakeholders and projects
  • Contribute to monitoring media, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment to inform the team’s activities
  • Assist in developing presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership
  • Support the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Haleon’s WinAsOne strategy
  • Support the execution of Haleon MEA Corporate Affairs strategy
