Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Affairs team
Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including drafting, editing, and formatting content
Support stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and engagements
Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists related to stakeholders and projects
Contribute to monitoring media, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment to inform the team’s activities
Assist in developing presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership
Support the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Haleon’s WinAsOne strategy
Support the execution of Haleon MEA Corporate Affairs strategy
