Responsibilities

  • Analyser rapidement les problèmes ou non-conformités liés à la fabrication ou à la finition des structures d’acier sur le chantier
  • Trouver la solution technique optimale pour chaque situation, en identifiant les méthodes de réparation les plus efficaces et sécuritaires
  • Coordonner toutes les étapes des réparations : de la préparation des matériaux à la validation des travaux, en s’assurant de la conformité aux normes de Canam et aux exigences du client
  • Assurer une communication fluide avec les équipes de production, les chargés de projet et les surintendants sur place
  • Valider que les réparations respectent les spécifications de qualité les plus strictes
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des opérations de réparation et problématiques liées à la fabrication
  • Agir comme pont entre l’ingénierie, la production et le site
