Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, support to direction, or internal communication (3 to 5 years)
  • Ability to juggle multiple subjects, maintain an overall vision, and be proactive with proposals
  • Recognized for organization, rigor, and team spirit
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and able to turn data into decisions
  • Knowledge of logistics environments is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to different sites in the region 1 to 2 times per month
  • Based in Pierrelatte (between Valence and Avignon) or Velaux (Marseille)

Responsibilities

  • Pilotage of regional projects: monitoring action plans, KPIs, dashboards, client surveys (NPS), and employee surveys (Sysco Speaks)
  • Internal communication: preparation of Management Committees, writing minutes, and disseminating key information
  • Animation & coordination: management of the internal gazette, monitoring schedules, and coordinating manager activities
  • Operational management: budget monitoring, equipment purchases, destocking, and piloting training plans
  • Regional interface: relay between local teams and support functions, supporting managers for operational fluidity and efficiency
