Responsibilities

Lead all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and month-end close
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Develop budgets and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls
Manage audits and liaise with external accountants
Maintain and optimize the use of QuickBooks for daily operations
