Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide strategic vision for global Corporate Control, Revenue, AR, and AP functions to ensure seamless financial operations
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, continuous improvement, and empowerment
Develop and retain top talent, ensuring professional development and performance management of direct reports
Act as ultimate strategic authority for global accounting policies and processes, influencing financial decisions supporting enterprise strategy
Ensure integrity and accuracy of all financial statements and external regulatory reports
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and IFRS-compliant financial reporting
Manage relationships with external auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board, presenting findings and recommendations directly
Lead remediation efforts for any identified control deficiencies, collaborating with other functions
Continuously evaluate and improve control processes to reduce risks and increase efficiency
Define global IFRS 15 policy for all complex revenue streams, ensuring total compliance and consistency
Ensure complex revenue streams are recognized accurately and in compliance with IFRS 15
Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to advise on contract structuring and new business initiatives
Provide executive leadership for global AR and AP functions, establishing a strategic vision focused on efficiency, automation, and strong internal controls
Optimize the global order-to-cash (O2C) cycle to improve working capital, manage risks, and support new collection technologies
Define strategic direction for the global procure-to-pay process, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and well-controlled
Define and promote the target global operational model for finance, guiding the Financial Transformation team on automation and technology priorities
Mandate and execute initiatives to reduce manual tasks, shorten close cycles, and improve operational efficiency
