Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, controlling, evaluating and improving stamping production processes meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity requirements
  • Release of Manufacturing Processes and/or Tools in time and comply with PPAP dates
  • Planning and Quotation of new projects and/or businesses
  • Participation in flow chart in manufacturing processes
  • Develop manufacturing systems for new products that meet client quality requirements and demonstrate process capacity with PPAP (including design review, construction supervision, function validation, documentation)
  • Provide and promote a safe work environment complying with safety guidelines
  • Carry out machinery purchasing process (obtain funds, specification for new processes, request quotes, participate in supplier selection, obtain PO and supplier)
  • Start and implement manufacturing systems complying with BOP, DFM, MSD guidelines
  • Participate in plant metrics meetings
  • Develop improvement projects impacting OEE, Scrap, Safety, Cost Reduction
  • Support in Customer Complaints
  • Design of Electrical Diagrams of manufacturing processes
  • Preparation of work methods
