Responsibilities

Planning, executing, controlling, evaluating and improving stamping production processes meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity requirements
Release of Manufacturing Processes and/or Tools in time and comply with PPAP dates
Planning and Quotation of new projects and/or businesses
Participation in flow chart in manufacturing processes
Develop manufacturing systems for new products that meet client quality requirements and demonstrate process capacity with PPAP (including design review, construction supervision, function validation, documentation)
Provide and promote a safe work environment complying with safety guidelines
Carry out machinery purchasing process (obtain funds, specification for new processes, request quotes, participate in supplier selection, obtain PO and supplier)
Start and implement manufacturing systems complying with BOP, DFM, MSD guidelines
Participate in plant metrics meetings
Develop improvement projects impacting OEE, Scrap, Safety, Cost Reduction
Support in Customer Complaints
Design of Electrical Diagrams of manufacturing processes
Preparation of work methods
