Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience creating social media and marketing assets, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skills in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite are required, along with basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector work. Experience adding animation/movement to social content in Canva is essential, and familiarity with video editing software like Premiere or Final Cut is a plus. A strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency is also necessary.
The Graphic Designer will produce high-quality digital marketing content at scale, primarily using existing brand guidelines, Canva templates, and an illustration library. Responsibilities include creating and adapting assets for social media, marketing resources, and digital campaigns, with a major focus on adding motion and animation in Canva. They will also perform light video editing, such as cutting clips and adding lower thirds or bumpers, customize vector illustrations, design digital PDFs and one-pagers, and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines. The role involves working closely with marketing and social teams, maintaining creative assets, and staying current on social platform trends.
