  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Applies critical thinking in decision-making, identifies and organizes relevant data and ideas, participates in documenting data and processes, recognizes and prioritizes concerns, assists in assessing risks and alternatives
  • Effective Communications: Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, adapts documents and presentations for the audience, demonstrates empathy and assertiveness, employs persuasion methods, maintains focus
  • Negotiating: Understands and practices basic negotiation concepts, discerns effective/ineffective negotiations, utilizes techniques for rapport and trust
  • Relationship Management: Provides prompt responses to client requests, monitors client satisfaction, differentiates roles in business relationships, works with clients to resolve issues
  • Account Management: Understands account management concepts, supports implementation of account strategy, reviews industry journals and reports to stay current
  • Value Selling: Presents costs and benefits in response to requests, understands value-based selling concepts, pursues additional value selling education
  • Availability for five days per week in the office (Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth) with up to 25% travel
  • Not requiring sponsorship (Australian eligibility)
