Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Relationship Management: Provides prompt responses to client requests, monitors client satisfaction, differentiates roles in business relationships, addresses critical issues
Account Management: Understands account management concepts, supports implementation of account strategy, reviews industry journals and reports
Value Selling: Presents costs and benefits in response to requests, understands value-based selling concepts, pursues related education/training
Top candidates: Confidence in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot), prior experience in negotiating or drafting contracts

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of relationship and supply contracts
Review contracts for compliance with established risk profiles
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support tender responses
Identify and interpret existing contractual rights and obligations
Recommend process improvements for improved contract lifecycle management efficiency and outcomes
