Requirements
SQL skills to clean, transform, and interpret large sets of data
Proficiency in building thoughtful visualization of complex datasets and insights
Experience using econometric methods for causal analysis and/or machine learning techniques for forecasting
Proven analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Passion for business, media & entertainment, and technology
Currently enrolled as a Graduate level student in interdisciplinary studies combining degrees in Data Analytics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, research, or related quantitative tracks with Economics, Finance, Business, or related concentrations
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Responsibilities
Support content distribution decisions, conduct sophisticated analyses, and craft strategic frameworks alongside full-time analysts and managers
Query and synthesize multiple datasets from different sources to extract and communicate trends and subscriber behaviors
Use advanced forecasting techniques to build and maintain models to predict content performance and subscriber engagement
Develop analyses and frameworks used to identify areas for optimization on past content investments and identify future content investment opportunities
