Content Coordinator

Position Overview

Content Coordinators are responsible for successfully delivering retail flyer projects by managing the production process. They build relationships with retailers and internal teams through daily communication regarding production. Content Coordinators also ensure flyer projects are error-free through quality checks and aim to improve the production process by reducing risk, enhancing quality, and increasing efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Own and execute low to medium complexity digital flyer projects by overseeing all stages of the production process. This includes coordinating flyer assets (schedules, pages, pagination documents), uploading assets into Flipp’s flyer software, and ensuring data entry and quality check steps are completed on time for the retailer’s live date. Work with OS vendors to ensure high-quality content processing, managing multiple projects with varying requirements simultaneously.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with external retailer contacts to manage day-to-day process requirements and handle initial issues management.
  • Technical Support: Work with senior team members to action technical troubleshooting for various flyer production process issues/errors in time for the flyer live date.
  • Process Improvement: Elevate and improve production processes for assigned retail accounts by enhancing flyer quality and accuracy, improving efficiency, and reducing risk. This involves creating production process changes independently and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert on both the retailer’s production process and Flipp’s production process for external and internal direct account teams.
  • Operations Projects: Own and/or execute low complexity operations projects (e.g., Audit cycles) as needed, including coordinating project requirements, planning against risk, communicating with other team members within Content Processing, and creating work-back schedules.

  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects
  • 1+ years of experience working with clients/customer service and building relationships
