The Content Operations Coordinator will manage the end-to-end production process for digital flyer projects, coordinating assets, uploading them into software, and ensuring timely data entry and quality checks. They will communicate with external retailer contacts to manage process requirements and initial issues, collaborate with senior team members on technical troubleshooting, and improve production processes by enhancing flyer quality, accuracy, efficiency, and risk reduction. Additionally, they will act as a subject-matter expert on production processes and may execute on low complexity operations projects.
