Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in consumer technology, ideally across retail, etail, and system integrator channels
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability within a consumer sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the DACH & Benelux laptop and desktop markets
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales and marketing teams in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise in managing sophisticated partnerships and driving business growth
  • Deep knowledge of consumer sales trends and market dynamics in DACH & Benelux
  • Experience working with OEMs, AICs or channel is an advantage
  • Strategic individual who excels at solving problems and possesses strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Incredibly structured, adaptable, and skilled at excelling in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop NVIDIA’s DACH & Benelux Consumer sales team, setting strategic direction and achieving ambitious revenue and market share goals
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail, etail, system integrator, AIC and OEM partners to expand NVIDIA’s consumer footprint
  • Identify new business opportunities, optimize investments, and deliver strong ROI through smart, data informed decision making
  • Encourage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team through effective leadership and clear communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with company objectives and ensure efficient execution
  • Analyze market trends, supervise competitors, and adjust regional strategies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Plan and implement impactful product launches, events, and partner initiatives across DACH & Benelux
  • Communicate NVIDIA’s product roadmaps, technology vision, and strategic priorities to partners and customers
  • Travel regionally and internationally as required
