Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or be a Registered Nurse, with at least 5 years of technical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). They should demonstrate the ability to influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues, with a passion for improving consumer experiences. A Master's degree and experience with Microsoft Access and business strategic analysis are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Directed Services Project Manager will design, communicate, and implement operational plans for projects, monitoring progress and resolving operational issues. They will engage and educate stakeholders on consumer-directed services, analyze and report on service utilization, and develop/evaluate related policies and procedures. This role involves partnering with training teams, participating in external partnership efforts, facilitating continuous improvement cycles, and ensuring internal Quality Assurance plans are in place for Consumer Directed Services.
