Experiência em compras e/ou jurídico, com pelo menos 5 anos em gestão de contratos
Experiência comprovada em redigir, revisar e negociar contratos complexos de forma independente
Conhecimento em serviços de marketing (eventos, publicidade, mídia etc.)
Alfabetização em IA: habilidade em aplicar ferramentas de IA em fluxos de trabalho contratuais e validar resultados
Habilidades analíticas e de colaboração: capacidade de avaliar termos comerciais, identificar riscos e construir confiança com stakeholders e fornecedores

Responsibilities

Liderar projetos complexos e multifásicos de contratação, garantindo precisão, conformidade e eficiência
Redigir, revisar e negociar termos legais e comerciais de forma independente, escalando apenas itens de alto risco
Atuar como principal ponto de contato para stakeholders do cliente, oferecendo conselhos claros e orientados a soluções
Liderar equipes e contribuir para a atualização de playbooks, templates e processos de governança
Promover o uso de ferramentas de IA para agilizar revisões contratuais e relatórios
Gerenciar múltiplos fluxos de trabalho simultâneos em ambientes dinâmicos e matriciais
