Requirements

Candidates must have a BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred. Required experience includes AWS, Amazon ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Argo CD, SLIs/SLOs, Coralogix, Splunk, LLM, RAG, and ServiceNow. Strong proficiency in industry technology language development trends, test-driven development, data manipulation languages, project planning, and advanced problem-solving is essential. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Consulting Site Reliability Engineer will serve as a primary technical point of contact for external resources, provide design input across products, and work directly with customers. They will act as a go-to person for coding and technical issues, interface with other technical personnel to finalize requirements, and write/review specifications for system components. Responsibilities also include completing complex bug fixes, designing complex data models, and mentoring lead software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
