Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office
  • Strong experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Angular), and modern development tools
  • Expertise in data modeling, optimization, and test-driven development
  • Familiarity with architectural principles and scalable system design
  • Experience working with diverse teams and external technology providers
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical lead and point of contact for external technology partners
  • Contribute to product design and architecture
  • Collaborate with customers and end users to understand needs
  • Provide expert guidance on coding and technical issues
  • Write and review technical specifications and complex code
  • Resolve advanced bugs and performance issues
  • Design and manage complex data models
  • Mentor and support the growth of other developers
