Responsibilities

The Consulting Manager - Testing/QA Lab will lead and manage all QA and testing activities for NetSuite implementations, overseeing daily operations of the offshore testing lab and ensuring robust test plans and execution strategies are in place. They will develop, document, and enforce QA processes and best practices tailored to NetSuite implementations, working closely with project managers, developers, and client teams to align testing strategies with project goals and customer requirements. The role also involves identifying, tracking, and prioritizing defects, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues, ultimately ensuring a seamless customer transition.
