Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across all application tiers — UI, API, and database

Responsibilities

Analyse incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes or workarounds
Collaborate with functional SMEs and infrastructure teams to ensure issue resolution
Develop, debug, and deploy minor code changes and configuration updates
Configure application and interfaces according to the client specifications
Perform unit testing and assist with Integration and user acceptance testing
Contribute to Interface design, development, and testing
Extract, monitor, and load data to support business activities and downstream needs
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data validation and troubleshooting
Support release deployments, environment validations, and production cutovers
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Support the full software implementation lifecycle, including software development, system configuration, customization, interface configuration, unit testing, data extraction, data monitoring, and data loading
Provide ongoing operational and technical support to ensure system reliability and performance
