Passion for business planning and performance management linked to Retail and Consumer Goods industries
Expertise in Supply Chain Planning, FP&A, commercial planning, retail planning, and controlling
Sectorial expertise in Retail and/or Consumer Goods
Experience in consulting or project management roles, particularly as a Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

Accompany the transformation of supply chain planning, FP&A, commercial planning, retail planning, and controlling functions: diagnosis, definition, and implementation of core models
Design and deploy advanced methods of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Open To Buy, or Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR)
Pilot or support AMOA projects for implementing APS, EPM, Analytics solutions or ERP modules: preliminary studies, needs expression, solution selection assistance, functional specifications development, deployment strategy, and change management
Assist in project management: coordination and piloting of workstreams, risk follow-up, budget and resource monitoring, reporting, and project portfolio optimization
Contribute to change management and skills development for client teams
Provide sectorial expertise in Retail and/or Consumer Goods to generate concrete and sustainable impact for clients
Participate in the commercial development of the entity and team development internally
