Requirements

Experience in consulting, particularly in transports and mobilities sectors
Expertise in MaaS (Mobility as a Service), ticketing (Billettique), and Traveler Information (IV) systems
Knowledge of working with Authorities Organisatrices de Mobilités (AOM) and transport operators
Skills in contract negotiation, partnership management, and ensuring service compliance
Proficiency in marketing strategy, user experience design (UX/UI), and customer journey mapping
Strong project management abilities, including studies, implementation, and handling technical constraints innovatively

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice to AOM and operators on MaaS, ticketing, and traveler information strategies
Support AOM and operators in contracting with multimodal digital service providers (rail, urban transport, MSP), negotiate contracts, monitor commitments, and ensure service compliance
Contribute to MaaS project marketing strategies by identifying priority targets, conquest and loyalty strategies, and ensuring traveler adoption
Participate in user experience design by building customer journeys, integrating UX/UI best practices, and conducting focus groups for user adhesion
Conduct studies and manage the implementation of new MaaS systems, transport IT systems, and traveler information systems
Alert, anticipate, analyze, and master technical constraints and opportunities in system implementation, providing innovative, agile, and creative solutions
