Requirements
Experience in consulting, particularly in Rewards & Talent or Human Capital advisory
Ability to work on French and international projects across various industries and sizes, in private and public sectors
Knowledge of compensation strategies, performance management, executive remuneration, and remuneration committees
Expertise in job architecture, classification, grading (pesée des postes), and competency frameworks
Familiarity with equality diagnostics, salary transparency directives, CSRD (social aspects), and payroll/HR administration processes
Capability to conduct HR Due Diligence for M&A transactions, identifying financial risks in Rewards & Talent
Proficiency in developing analysis tools, variable pay simulators, and optimization recommendations
Willingness to work full-time, including remote options, within a multidisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities
Accompany clients in defining, transforming, and implementing global compensation policies and performance management aligned with organizational strategy
Analyze executive compensation structures and practices in France and internationally; support remuneration committees in policy development
Develop tools for compensation policy analysis and variable pay simulators
Conduct professional equality diagnostics and support preparation for salary transparency directive transposition
Assist in CSRD implementation (social aspects), including indicator calculations and reporting
Analyze organizational structures and perform job grading for internal classification systems
Design and implement new job architectures, job references, and competency frameworks
Review and implement talent processes and policies (review, identification, evaluation)
Diagnose and recommend optimizations for payroll and personnel administration activities/processes
Lead Rewards & Talent aspects of M&A projects, including autonomous HR Due Diligence (with consultant support) in coordination with M&A Human Capital team, and identify financial risks
