Expertise in transports and mobilities, particularly Information Voyageurs (IV) systems
Experience advising Authorities Organisatrices de Mobilités and Operators on IV strategy
Knowledge of technical/SI constraints and opportunities in transport SI implementation
Ability to provide agile and creative solutions to project issues
Strong project management skills (cadrage, expression de besoin, priorisation, conception, mise en œuvre, tests, lancement, conduite du changement)
Proficiency in rigorous follow-up of planning, risks, and budgets
Skills in coordinating multiple contributors throughout projects
Capability to prepare, pilot, and animate committees related to the domain

Responsibilities

Advise Authorities Organisatrices de Mobilités and Operators in defining their IV strategy
Conduct studies and pilot the implementation of new transport SI and IV systems
Alert, anticipate, analyze, and master technical/SI constraints and opportunities
Propose agile and creative solutions to encountered problems
Pilot IV projects: initial framing, needs expression, prioritization, design, implementation, testing, launch, and change management
Ensure rigorous monitoring of planning, risks, and budgets
Coordinate various contributors throughout the projects
Prepare, pilot, and animate domain-related committees in line with orientations
