Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a Business analysis, QA, or application support role
Exposure to tools like ALM, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
Exposure to Automated Testing Tools like Selenium (added advantage)
Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Comfortable with documentation, data analysis, and process mapping
Hands-on with SQL Queries (added advantage)
Knowledge of manual testing techniques and ability to write and execute test scenarios
Database and SQL knowledge to validate backend data during testing
BE/BTech or ME/MTech

Responsibilities

Support senior analysts and project teams across SDLC, Change Management, and related methodologies
Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements - support UAT
Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture business needs and objectives
Prepare requirement specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Contribute to QA efforts by designing and executing manual test cases and scenarios
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Validate backend data using SQL queries
Log, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution
Support Automated Testing Initiatives with standard or in-house QA tools
Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and business objectives
Support post-implementation activities such as issue tracking and maintaining documentation
Continuously learn and deepen understanding of business operations and industry trends
