Responsibilities

Définir la vision produit IA, les objectifs et les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) alignés avec la stratégie de l’entreprise ou du client
Cadrer les cas d’usage IA avec les métiers : identification, qualification et priorisation selon la valeur business et la faisabilité technique
Analyser, challenger et améliorer les processus métier en intégrant des solutions d'intelligence artificielle et d'automatisation
Traduire les besoins métier en exigences fonctionnelles et techniques compréhensibles pour les équipes IA
Construire la roadmap IA en arbitrant entre valeur métier, délai et coût de mise en œuvre
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de Data Science, Data Engineering et MLOps pour garantir la cohérence des livrables avec la roadmap produit
Prioriser le backlog IA / data, arbitrer entre innovation, dette technique et besoins métiers
Animer les rituels agiles (sprint planning, revues, démos, rétrospectives) et assurer la communication continue avec les parties prenantes
Assurer la conformité éthique, réglementaire et technique des produits IA (RGPD, explicabilité, IA responsable)
Accompagner les métiers dans la compréhension et l’adoption des solutions IA, via des démonstrations, formations ou supports de communication
Piloter la mise en œuvre pour superviser la réalisation des projets d'automatisation et les rendre pérennes
Participer à la veille technologique et proposer des innovations sur les nouvelles approches IA (LLM, RAG, NLP, IA générative, optimisation, etc.)
Contribuer à la phase d’avant-vente en identifiant les opportunités IA et en aidant à la conception des offres et propositions techniques
