Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
8+ years of experience in Information Systems
Experience in ERP supply chain planning systems and software development methodologies, preferably with experience in Supply chain areas of IT
3 years of experience in project implementation related to Software as a Service (SaaS) applications (preferred)

Responsibilities

Act as the delivery partner with BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and Supply chain Planning leadership teams
Support the cloning of Supply chain TSA applications for Vantive
Work with the Technical Lead and 3rd Party system integrator to layout the timing and implementation of all cloned applications
Define and establish designs of all technical aspects of projects, requiring knowledge of business process operations to identify workable solutions and opportunities for improvement
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for core Supply chain Planning applications and processes
Collaborate with Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team’s long-term goals and strategy
Integrate input from multiple channels, including customer research, industry research/best practices, and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements
Create and maintain documentation, development standards and best practices, and ensure the platform is secure and compliant with applicable regulations
Ensure overall design is in line with Vantive's global model, existing business rules, and properly integrated with other applications/processes; challenge business requirements whenever required
Serve as product engineer for agile or SDLC based project teams
Work with in-house application teams and third-party service providers to build knowledge and resolve incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Keep up with emerging technologies and develop new technical skills as needed by applications
Develop Standard Operating Procedures to standardize tasks for consistency in operations
Communicate status, solutions, and concerns; disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions; deliver presentations, facilitate, and address issues at all levels of management
Mentor, coach, and lead less experienced technical team members; facilitate the development of professional and technical skills for self and peers
