Responsibilities

Collaboration sur les sujets fonctionnels concernant l’ensemble des phases d’un projet (cadrage, conception, réalisation, implémentation, go live)
Analyse des processus existants ainsi que des besoins fonctionnels
Conduite des ateliers de conception et de configuration
Fournir une expertise en matière de processus applicatifs selon les meilleures pratiques et standards de l’éditeur
Formaliser, réaliser et optimiser la mise en œuvre et la configuration de leur processus dans la solution ERP Oracle R12/Cloud
Élaboration et mise en œuvre des plans de test fonctionnel et d’intégration
Assistance aux utilisateurs dans les étapes de qualification
Formation des utilisateurs clés/finaux
Rédaction des livrables clients (spécifications, plans de formation, BR100…)
Participation à nos réponses aux appels d’offres
