Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
  • Ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time
  • Preferred Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or an adjacent role
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
  • Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
  • Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or support automation projects from concept through commissioning
  • Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
  • Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., food & beverage, pharma, mining, or heavy industry)
