Requirements

Experience as a consultant in banking, finance, or risk management
Expertise in financial risk management (market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk/ALM, climate risk, stress tests, risk appetite)
Knowledge of ESG integration in finance and risk processes
Familiarity with regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, green taxonomy, Pillar III ESG)
Understanding of prudential and accounting banking regulations
Experience in capital management (ICAAP, ILAAP, capital planning)
Ability to work transversally with various departments (Finance, Risks, Strategy, Sustainable Development)

Responsibilities

Advise financial institutions (banks, insurance, asset management) on financial and climate risk management
Pilot and manage financial and climate risks
Integrate ESG issues into Finance and Risks processes (sustainable finance programs)
Organize risk and finance departments
Manage capital and liquidity (ICAAP/ILAAP)
Produce regulatory statements (COREP, ESG taxonomy)
Implement new regulations and adapt risk management devices (ALM)
Conduct stress tests (financial and climate), risk appetite frameworks
Review and overhaul FINREP/COREP reporting methods and processes
Perform due diligence for mergers/acquisitions, resolution/recovery plans
Automate capital and regulatory reporting processes (robotization)
Prepare approval dossiers for new banks/subsidiaries/banking offers
