Entry-level candidate planning to start career in Data Center / Critical Facilities Industry
Or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., data center technician, data center operations, MEP/critical facilities, or construction management)
Multi-talented and disciplined with interest in construction management and data center white space infrastructure
Combination of technical and soft skills, including critical thinking and strong grasp of data analysis
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and writing skills
Organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 70% (based in Phoenix Metro Area Office)

Support senior project managers to provide on-site consulting support for Align clients with data center design, installation, and operational issues
Travel as needed to support projects across the Western Region
Participate in data center white space fit out / critical facilities project management activities, including site surveys, needs assessments, preparation of documentation, scheduling vendor installations, data analysis, subcontractor quality assurance / as-built verification, and coordination of project deliverables
Participate in on-site data center review and evaluation projects
Contribute to the RFP process, project planning, current-state vs. target-state assessments, and client presentations
Work with and learn from senior project managers to assist with tasks
