Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a passion for contributing to a mission-driven company in sustainable AI-first cloud infrastructure are also necessary.
The Construction Manager will manage end-to-end construction projects for tenant improvements within data centers, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. They will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, reviewing their improvement requests and coordinating design and installation. Collaboration with contractors, engineers, and internal operations teams is crucial for seamless project execution. The role involves ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards, proactively identifying risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The Construction Manager may need to travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites.
