Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear) from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 yrs. related job experience
- Teamwork and collaboration skills within the team/department
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships within the team/department
- Basic understanding of power generation operations
- Basic understanding of economic drivers to the business
- Ability to apply basic problem solving techniques to address routine issues
Responsibilities
- Be onsite 100% of the time while the assigned construction project(s) are in the field
- Perform assigned tasks with guidance from supervision
- Assemble and collate issue specific information to support studies
- Assist in organization and occasionally lead assigned projects
- Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Prepare and present routine reports
- Participate in special projects, committee assignments and routine problem-solving efforts as requested
- Monitor progression and quality of assigned construction projects
- Maintain effective working relationships with others, including the EPC Contractor
