We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and takeoffs, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately. Proficiency with tools such as Smart Glazier and Google Sheets is essential.

- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret construction plans to identify project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution.
- Utilize Smart Glazier software to create detailed takeoffs and estimates.
- Organize and track data using Google Sheets to ensure all information is up to date and accessible.
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans and recommend solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
