Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field) or a relevant scientific discipline. Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product quality, quality engineering, or a related field within the medical device industry
Proven leadership experience in managing quality teams or significant quality projects
Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of Console Product Quality (PQ) for products developed and manufactured within GE Healthcare China
Develop, implement, and maintain robust PQ processes and procedures in accordance with GE Healthcare's global quality standards and local regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction for console systems
Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Regulatory Affairs teams to integrate quality into every stage of the product development and production process
Oversee and conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor their effectiveness
Manage product quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on PQ performance to management
Support external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to console product quality
