Responsibilities

Piloter une enceinte entièrement automatisée
Anticiper le chargement des composants pour optimiser le fonctionnement en continu
Réaliser les changements de série, ajuster, positionner, contrôler et adapter les équipements d’assemblage
Déterminer le changement de paramètre et de réglage de la cellule automatique en cas d’aléas de production (robot, automate, convoyeur, composants, etc.)
Effectuer les contrôles qualité
Enregistrer la production dans les systèmes pour consommer les composants
Enregistrer informatiquement les aléas de production pour l’amélioration continue de l’installation
Assembler les composants à l’aide du standard de travail en respectant la fiche technique et le plan de contrôle de plusieurs postes de la ligne
