Responsibilities

  • Piloter une enceinte entièrement automatisée
  • Anticiper le chargement des composants pour optimiser le fonctionnement en continu
  • Réaliser les changements de série, ajuster, positionner, contrôler et adapter les équipements d’assemblage
  • Déterminer le changement de paramètre et de réglage de la cellule automatique en cas d’aléas de production (robot, automate, convoyeur, composants, etc.)
  • Effectuer les contrôles qualité
  • Enregistrer la production dans les systèmes pour consommer les composants
  • Enregistrer informatiquement les aléas de production pour l’amélioration continue de l’installation
  • Assembler les composants à l’aide du standard de travail en respectant la fiche technique et le plan de contrôle de plusieurs postes de la ligne
