Requirements

Expertise in FPGA/ASIC specification, development, integration, and qualification
Ability to handle complex technical studies and FPGA designs autonomously using relevant tools and methods
Proficiency in coordinating and validating work by other designers or subcontractors
Skills in defining validation logic, specifying validation plans, and designing validation means (e.g., Testbench)
Experience in conducting simulations or tests to justify designs and ensure conclusions
Capability to organize and animate development reviews
Knowledge of technical documentation processes (e.g., DD, SID, VD, TM, RN)
Competence in root cause analysis, problem resolution, and risk mitigation
Ability to pilot and coordinate subcontracted activities internally or externally
Contribution to developing team competencies and proposing métier improvements

Responsibilities

Define study logic/work program (task sheets) meeting cost, quality, and deadline needs; identify/evaluate technical solutions; propose improvements/optimizations; critically analyze input data/specifications and influence them
Ensure follow-up of assigned work on technical, deadline, and budget aspects
Provide validated technical solutions respecting processes/policies and associated documentation
Conduct complex studies and FPGA design; pilot/coordinate/validate work by others or subcontractors
Define validation logic/specify validation plans; design/create validation means; perform simulations/tests; organize/animate reviews; elaborate/validate technical documentation and study reports
Contribute to integration at higher levels, handle technical issues, and reduce risks; participate in investigations; document non-conformities; propose corrective actions and risk mitigation plans
Contribute to industrialization by resolving identified problems
Pilot/coordinate subcontracted activities; draft technical elements of service requests; supervise prestations
Pilot activities assigned to designers/study managers or external subcontractors
Contribute to entity/project competency development by proposing improvement actions
