Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermodynamic, or Fluid Dynamic)
Previous work experience or knowledge about turbomachinery industry or related areas, and/or Ph.D equivalent on relevant subjects (asset)
Experience with CAD software such as Unigraphics or similar
Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach
Teamwork attitude for complex technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and ability to work in the EU

Responsibilities

Performing design activities
Providing technical guidance and sharing project related status updates
Providing engineering support to internal teams to assist with activities that span the full, technical project life-cycle
Owning the delivery of technical documentation and drawings to ensure consistency with engineering policies and contractual specifications
Overseeing relationships with global and local vendors to manage time-zones and successful on-time delivery of required components
