Beratung & Unterstützung: Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche in Compliance-relevanten Fragen sowie Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen zur Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben
Erstellung & Pflege von Richtlinien: Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Compliance-Handbüchern, Verhaltensrichtlinien und internen Prozessen
Schulung & Sensibilisierung: Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Informationsveranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende
Regelmäßige Überwachung & Kontrolle: Überwachung der Einhaltung aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen durch Stichproben, Befragungen und ad-hoc Mitteilungen
Bearbeitung konkreter Fälle: Untersuchung von Compliance-Vorfällen, Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Defiziten und Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
