Requirements

  • English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Competent in digital forensics and investigative software tools
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations into compliance-related issues, including fraud, corruption, HR, financial, conflicts of interest and other potential violations of company policies and regulations
  • Independently analyze evidence, identify applicable laws, regulations, and policies and the key issues presented, and provide reasonable conclusions from effective fact-finding
  • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive reports and lead readout calls working closely with HR, Legal, and management
  • Conduct effective interviews, adapt questions based on responses, and build good rapport with interviewees; identify inconsistencies in statements, assess witness credibility, and uncover hidden truths
  • Effectively apply cultural knowledge to facilitate communication and gather information in cross-cultural settings; adapt investigative approaches to respect cultural norms and improve cooperation from diverse groups
  • Independently solve a variety of problems, apply critical thinking, and develop effective solutions for simple and moderate issues; competently develop investigation plans with clear objectives, tasks, and timelines
  • Effectively communicate complex information clearly in both written and verbal forms to a variety of audiences; recommend and align with business leaders on appropriate countermeasures and other actions related to investigation outcomes
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of economic principles, business models, and competitive dynamics
